It Is Time To HealπŸ’“

I intend this post to lead you to the path of healing and freedom. Have you ever thought about why you are experiencing some kind of pattern in your life? Do you think it is already been written?. Well, that might be true. As we all know we have been given life to experience and learn certain lessons to evolve as a soul and merge with the highest form of consciousness. the tough task here is to find out the ones which we can understand and process. 


Some situations in life cannot be controlled. If you are in such kind of situation, just surrender and trust the process. Be kind to yourself. Either the situation will change or you Will come out of the situation. Just as Christina says If it looks like a threat to your life by all means come out of it. Some things can be changed like your perception about a situation, habits, way of thinking, etc.. Most of us try to distract ourselves to stop thinking about a particular person or a situation. 



Our brain has been programmed in a way to protect us from strong emotions and hurts. This leads to habits like overeating and other addictions. These habits can bring peace to you temporarily but they are not going to help you in the longer run. Sometimes these habits can cose\t your health and even life. We always search for a solution outside in the external world. Little did we know that the solution for all the problems is within us.



On a Beautiful day, someone or something might trigger a wound from the past. In a flash of a second, you might feel strong emotions Instead of finding something to distract. Take a deep breath. Give yourself permission to feel what you want to feel. feel it without attaching to your thoughts and judgments. just be present and watch your emotions. Just like watching a movie. If you don't feel comfortable talking about it to someone. write it down in a paper. Write everything without any censor and burn that paper. If you feel like crying, cry it out. 



We have been programmed from childhood. especially, Men have been told that they shouldn't cry. I don't know who started it but guys it is totally ok to cry. Crying is not a weakness. It shows your strength. We are all humans. We all have feelings. It is okay to cry. I know how bad it feels to lock your Emotions. Please don't do it to yourself. cry it out and let it go. Just take the lesson. Leave the rest. 




Slowly, you will see the patterns dissolve as you heal yourself. Be patient with yourself. It is a long process but it is worth it. There is nothing wrong with trying a different way when the old ways are not working.
