7 Tips To Sleep Well

 Hey soul family!! Hope you are all happy and safe. Sleep is one of the most important parts of our life. When you rest, you allow your body to heal and do its work without any external disturbance.






There are some times when you find it very difficult to get sleep. Are you the one who has starting trouble? Don't worry. It's Okay. It happens when your mind is not ready to sleep. Try the below tips which will help you get a good night's sleep. Either one or the other will help you to sleep peacefully

1. Close your eyes and take some deep breath, Notice the flow of the oxygen inside your body. when you catch any thoughts come back and notice your breathing. 



2. Listen to relaxing music. you can choose from piano music to binaural beats. make sure that the music is melodious and relaxing.




3. Doing meditation before going to sleep will help you get a relaxing deep sleep.




4. let your room be dark. Even if you are not getting sleep, don't see your phone. The while light from your phone will signal your brain that it is not a time to sleep. Make sure that your stomach is not empty. 





5. Try some natural sleep boosting teas like chamomile and lavender tea. If you are one who uses essential oil you can diffuse lavender oil which will promote good sleep.




6.  Keep a snake plant in your bedroom. Snake plants purify the air. This buddy will help you get a good night sleep😊



7.         Last but not least. This is one of the important tips. When there is no or less physical activity it will be hard for you to sleep. Do yoga, exercise, or go for a small walk. Make sure that you do some kind of physical activity at least for 30 minutes. If you feel bored exercising or do yoga,  try adding some fun things like dance, music or start playing your favorite sport.
